Clasen Peanut Butter Coating Wafers are a premium chocolate wafer that can be used in many different baking applications. Clasen Peanut Butter Coating Wafers can be used as a dipping chocolate, molding chocolate, or just a great snack.

Melting Instructions
Microwave: Place the melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl or a disposable piping bag. Heat in the microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir or knead the bag, then repeat in 30-second intervals until the wafers are fully melted and smooth.
Stovetop: Fill the bottom of a double boiler halfway with water and bring to a simmer. Place the top portion securely and add the melting wafers, stirring continuously until they are fully melted and smooth.
Cooling: Allow your creation to cool in an area with a temperature between 45°F and 65°F, low humidity, and good airflow. You can also cool it in the refrigerator, though cooling times will vary depending on the project. Avoid placing coatings in the freezer.

Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm Kernel Oil and Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil), Partially Defatted Peanut Flour, Whey Powder(Milk), Soy Lecithin(an emulsifier), and Salt.

Chocolate and all candy coating are shipped year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it CAN be remelted again. If you contact us for other shipping options, we can help reduce the chance of heat damage. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method and not the Free Flat Rate or USPS Priority.  We do recommend Ice packs to be purchased but know they only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures. As in our shipping policy all food products are non-refundable or returnable.
