Orders placed on cakeandcandysupply.com are usually shipped 1-3 business days.

All orders are subject to product availability.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard and Expedited shipping options vary by delivery destination. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Orders may arrive in more than one package.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 am EST, we generally ship out the same day Monday - Saturday
  • Orders placed after 11:00 am EST will ship the next day Monday - Saturday.
  • Please note any order placed after 11:00 am EST Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday.
 What shipping options are available? We have Ground, Standard and Expedited shipping options and they vary by delivery destination. Please select the shipping option that you need during check out. Orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or Fed Ex Ground, UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Ground depending on the weight and value of the item.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We can only deliver to a P.O. Box address for Standard shipping option. This is not available if you choose Expedited shipping. It is always best to provide the P.O. Box and your physical address on the ship to address during checkout. 

Can I ship to a military address?

Yes, Cake and Candy Supply offers U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses.

The proper format for a military address is to enter APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) in the city field, along with "AE" (mail going to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and portions of Canada), "AP" (the Pacific) and "AA" (for the Americas and portions of Canada) in the state field. Therefore, the bottom line of overseas military addresses is APO or FPO; followed by AE, AP, or AA; and then the ZIP Code.

In-Store or Curbside Pick Up

Free in-store or Curbside Pick Up is available for our local customers. You can place your order online or call us at 502-526-8449. Upon receipt of payment, we will get your item ready for you and text you when it is ready for pickup. Typically, pick-up or curbside orders are ready within 1-2 hour during regular business hours.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the USA from cakeandcandysupply.com.
