Easy to prepare with nothing to add or measure—simply thaw, pour, whip, and decorate. Once whipped, it creates smooth finishes and fine decorating lines and can also be used as a delicious dessert filling.

Preparation & Storage

Store frozen. Before using, thaw completely under refrigeration until free of ice crystals. Do not refreeze unwhipped product.

Before opening, shake gently. Whip no more than 20% of the total bowl capacity at one time. Whip at medium speed until stiff peaks form, then decorate or fill your dessert. Refrigerate any remaining product.

Shelf Life: Unopened frozen – 1 year; unopened refrigerated – 21 days. Decorated desserts – 7 days refrigerated or up to 6 months frozen.

Water, sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, dextrose, corn syrup; contains less than 2% of the following: sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), carbohydrate gum, polysorbate 60, artificial flavor, salt, soy protein isolate, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate, soy lecithin, xanthan gum.
