Satin Ice Isomalt is a sugar substitute that doesn’t crystalize and sets crystal clear. Perfect for pouring into molds or shaping to create unique creations!
Store sealed in a dry place at ambient temperature between 50° F and 90° F.
1. Pour at least one cup of Isomalt into a medium stainless steel saucepan over low-medium heat.
2. After approximately five minutes, the Isomalt will begin liquifying. DO NOT STIR. Gently swirl saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil. Allow temperature to reach 320°F.
4. Remove from heat. Let cool for 45-60 seconds before using to allow bubbles to settle.
5. Add desired color or flavor. Reheat if necessary.
WARNING – Isomalt is VERY hot, use caution when handling. We recommend wearing gloves, long sleeves and closed toed shoes when preparing isomalt to avoid the risk of burning yourself.
