Merckens YELLOW Chocolate Flavored Candy Coating 1 pound

You will receive 1 pound of Yellow Candy Coating by Merckens, per order. 

The applications for compound coatings are similar to chocolate. They are used for enrobing as well as molding. Compound coating products can be very user friendly. They do not need to be tempered so you can just melt and mold or dip your cake pops into it. 

Ingredients:
Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, yellow 5 lake, salt, and artificial flavor.

This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Soy.

Chocolate and all candy coating are shipped year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it CAN be remelted again. If you contact us for other shipping options, we can help reduce the chance of heat damage. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method and not the Free Flat Rate or USPS Priority.  We do recommend Ice packs to be purchased but know they only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures. As in our shipping policy all food products are non-refundable or returnable.
