Recipe for Something-or-Others

Here’s how to make these irresistible treats:

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces Peanut Butter Wafers or chips, melted
  • 12 ounces Peter’s Soft Caramel
  • 4 cups Tiny Crisp Rice
  • 1 pound Cocoa Dark Merckens Candy Coating, melted

Instructions:

  1. Melt the peanut butter wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in the soft caramel until fully combined, microwaving in 10-second intervals if needed.
  2. Gently mix in the tiny crisp rice until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined 9x13 inch pan, pressing it into an even layer. Allow it to set at room temperature until firm, or place it in the freezer to speed up the process.
  4. Cut into desired pieces and prepare a work area with additional parchment paper.
  5. Dip each piece in the melted cocoa dark candy coating, tapping off any excess, and place on parchment paper. Allow to set, or freeze to expedite setting.
