Designed for rolling, covering and decorating; rolls thin for flawless coverage. Sets but remains soft and pliable and can be reworked when warm.  

 

Recommended storage temperature not to exceed 75ºF.

Finished pieces should not be exposed to temperatures over 75ºF.

After use, store tightly in a plastic bag and replace the lid of the pail. Store in a cool, dry place (not refrigerator). If oils are separated from the product during shipping, allow to cool then knead the oils back in. The product will be hard upon opening, use a knife/spatula to cut off the portion that you need and microwave for 5-10sec

Make sure your work surface, tools and hands are clean and dry. Knead until workable and microwave in 5 second intervals if too firm. Avoid overworking or excessive heat. If oils are separated from product due to heat during shipping, allow the product to reach room temperature and knead oils back in before use.

White & Colored Chocolate Fondant: Sugar, white chocolate (sugar, vegetable oil [palm kernel oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils], nonfat dry milk, milk, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, salt, and artificial flavor), corn syrup, water, palm oil, potassium sorbate. May contain one or more of the following: titanium dioxide (coloring), blue 1 (E133), red 40 (E129), yellow 6 (E110), red 3 (E127), yellow 5 (E102).

Black & Brown Chocolate Fondant: Sugar, chocolate (sugar, vegetable oil [palm kernel oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils], nonfat dry milk, cocoa processed with alkali, cocoa, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, salt), corn syrup, water, palm oil, potassium sorbate, May contain one or more of the following: blue 1, red 40, yellow 6, red 3, yellow 5.
