Preparation: For every 1 lb. (454 g) of icing mix, add 4 Tbsp. (57 g) softened butter and 1 Tbsp. (14 g) cool water. Mix icing and butter on medium speed for 1–2 minutes. Slowly add water while mixing on low/medium speed. Continue mixing another 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Storage: Store tightly sealed at 68°F–80°F (20°C–27°C).
*The icing mix itself is dairy free; preparing it with butter adds dairy.
