Poppy Paint is designed for use on dry, solid confectionery surfaces, including:
Chocolate, Isomalt, Ganache, Candy Melts, Cookies, Macarons, Royal Icing, Glaze Icing, Fondant, Gumpaste, Wafer Paper, Candy, and Modeling Chocolate.
Important
Poppy Paint is hydrophobic and should be applied only to dry surfaces. It is not recommended for wet or porous surfaces such as gelatin, whipped cream, or buttercream, as the alcohol-based paint may absorb into the confection.
Directions
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Pigments naturally settle during storage. Shake the bottle vigorously until the color is completely uniform from top to bottom.
If pigment has settled firmly at the bottom after extended storage, gently squeeze or massage the bottom of the bottle to help loosen the sediment, then shake thoroughly before use.
