Directions: For stiff-consistency royal icing, combine the entire package with ¼ cup warm water. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute and scrape down the sides. Continue mixing on medium for 5 minutes. Add color or flavor as desired. For a thinner consistency, gradually add very small amounts of water.
