Where to Use
Perfect for cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, strawberries, cookies, macarons, ice cream, chocolate molds, and other desserts.
Microwave Instructions
Remove the lid and seal. Microwave for 20 seconds, then squeeze the bottle to help break up the contents. Microwave for another 20 seconds and shake well.
Continue heating in 10-second intervals until completely melted.
Caution: Do not overheat, as this may burn the chocolate.
Boiling Water Method
Stand the bottle in a jug of boiling water for approximately 10 minutes. Massage and shake the bottle regularly until the chocolate is completely melted.
Caution: Avoid contact with boiling water and do not allow water to enter the bottle.
Reheating & Storage
Colour Mill Chocolate Drip can be reheated until the contents are used.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf-stable for up to 2 years.
